Merricks Beach House

This new house sited at the rear of a small landscaped plot allows for sufficient offset for northern light intake over the Pine Trees situated along frontage. The north facing front yard becomes a light filled private garden space, sufficient in size for extensive lawn and plantings, entertainment and play. The small house is designed with large decks for extension of the living spaces, the interior spaces zoned for privacy of family and guests.
